Disclosure: this jar was sent to us by the brand. Free jars don't buy tiers — our tier list has a B row and we're not afraid to use it.
It’s like eating garlic chips. This might be the crunchy winner out of all of them.
Jus’ Garlic is one of the underground brands — super small business, homemade, sold in a mason jar, with not a lot of info out there. Which is exactly why we’re telling you about it.
The taste test
Look at the jar and it’s just a ton of garlic. This is really a garlic-infused oil with chili speckles floating through it — stir from the bottom to get all the crunchy goodness out.
The crunch is outrageous. It’s like eating garlic chips, with an almost nutty flavor riding along. It’s not spicy — noticeably milder than most jars on our list — but as a condiment it’s a complete success. We put it on pasta right after cooking to finish it with extra garlic flavor, and that move alone justifies the jar. On the heat scale, maybe a light 3.
Verdict
A tier — the garlic-lover’s jar. If garlic is the point for you and heat is a bonus, there’s a very high chance you’ll love this one. We dubbed it one of the underground brands to support.
Where to buy: DM @jusgarlic on Instagram. Small-batch, homemade, worth the message.

- garlic bread anything

- you want heat first — this is garlic first, chili second
